After years of using Spider Tool Holsters on my work harness and tool belt, the main issue I encountered was the belt clip bending open if a tool snagged on something. Once bent, the holster could easily fall off.
My original workaround was zip ties, but that only stopped the holster from falling completely off while still leaving the clip bent and unreliable.
